Wearing something special to celebrate the 4th of July holiday has long been a tradition of mine. I am so very proud to be an American, and proud to live in this wonderful country. That doesn’t mean that I love wearing a giant American flag from head to toe. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, if that’s your thang. It’s not my thang.
I choose to go for a more sophisticated approach. A red blazer, a classic striped top, some dark jeans, and some pearls and you have a mature, pulled together look that says I heart America without looking like America threw up all over you.
