I’m a firm believer that everyone in a family needs a place to play. Adults need areas for downtime and so do children. Inspiring, imaginative spots that encourage unsupervised, good old fashioned fun. Enter the Parade Playroom.
We wanted this room to feel minimalistic and clean, yet just plain fun. We designed a loft with a slide, and a “fort” underneath. I also really love the rock climbing wall reminiscent of a modern mountain.
There’s a sconce in the fort and we had some custom cushions made in our Stagg Design Chase Plaid in Graphite.
Under the stairs we created an “outdoor camping” hangout. Isn’t it just the cutest use of space?
I’m in NYC this week for the Better Homes and Gardens Stylemaker event, but while I’m here we have an exciting new resource over on the @staggdesign instagram this week! Can’t wait to hear what you think.
