A cute, flowy top is a mom’s best friend. This one is a new favorite. I love bold, bright colors, and Loft is full of them right now. Every time I wear this blouse, at least 10 people ask me where I got it.
Rubes does neon well, imo. She also does bare feet well. Hello chubby toes! We are so ready for spring!
