Boy, have we had a lot of snow in Salt Lake City this year. I’m so very grateful for last year’s mild winter while our roof had gaping holes during the remodel. This year, we’ve been hit by storm after storm after storm which lends itself, naturally, to sledding and to a Snow Day Brunch.
I worked with Oriental Trading to create a fun multi-family Snow Day gathering and it was so memorable and all around awesome. Here is a sneak peek…
We had the best time eating pancakes, crafting our own snowmen, and sledding on the cutest snowman sleds.
Here is where you can find all the details:
Everything was so simple and fun, we’re thinking of doing it all again soon! I hope my girls and their friends look back at these memories of childhood with fondness as they grow.
Have any fun plans for Valentine’s? I’m looking forward to an easy weekend with my people. We’ve been completely swamped with some exciting upcoming projects and add in teething for the little one and we are all pooped.
As my girls grow, I feel a need to make every event memorable, special, and fun. I know it isn’t possible to do that for every event, but watching Ruby’s eyes light up with excitement is motivation to make their childhoods as magical as I can. Moms, you with me?
Tomorrow I’m going to share Ruby’s class valentines. They were so simple, yet look special and she loved giving them to each of her friends.
Hope you have a wonderful Thursday!
