Daybreak Living: New Model Home Tour

Happy Weekend! Hopping in today to share some gorgeous model homes I recently walked through out in Daybreak. I’ve worked with Daybreak before, and they really go outside the norm here in Utah when designing floor plans and communities, which I appreciate. I’m always one to enjoy a stroll through a beautiful home, so when they invited me to come out, I was happy to oblige.
Both of the homes I toured were built by Destination Homes and even though they are both in the same area next to the lake (called Lake Village), they appeal to a very different customer.
The first home is a total showstopper. It’s in the Hillside Manor development:

The next home was a condo, but had a stand-alone home feel. It was part of the Lake Shore Condominiums. The outdoor living options in both were lovely and right on the water:

There are 9 fully furnished model homes.
The Lake Cottage Information Center is open Monday-Saturday, 10 am-6 pm for anyone wanting more information about the Lake Village: 10491 S. Lake Avenue South Jordan, UT 84095.
Every time I visit Daybreak and drive past that lake, I can’t help but be a bit envious of the residents out there. My best friend lives in Daybreak and we often run together along the lake trails. It’s truly breathtaking.
