As I launch into planning a new “season,” if you will, of withHEART, I want to hear the thoughts of those who make this page and youtube channel possible– you. I know I’ve said it before and it can sound a bit cliche, but I am truly so grateful for each of you who click, read, share, watch, and comment. WithHEART has been such a wonderful unexpected journey and I feel so blessed to have this creative outlet.
Ok, enough with the mushy stuff. Now, I want to hear from you. What posts are your favorites? What do you want to see more of? Is there a tutorial, post, or feature you really want to see? I want to hear about it. After all, this is a place of learning and sharing my very best, and I want you to walk away inspired and feeling like you can tackle your next project with confidence.
I’ve had some requests for thoughtful posts, which I used to write about once a week but have steered away from a little bit. As a professional, I shared others’ stories for a living but it has always been a little difficult for me to share a lot of personal life stuff publicly. I’ve decided to share the occasional personal, more reflective post, but as this is primarily a design, DIY, and lifestyle website, that will continue to be the focus.
I have some really exciting and wonderful things coming up, and I am excited to share them with you here on withHEART.
Please leave a comment with your feedback. If there is something more you want to share, you can email me at jen{@}withheart.com.
Tomorrow is a good one– I’m breaking down bookshelf styling 101 and since it’s Wednesday, that means video!
xx,
I love home tours. I really enjoyed the post you did on “A thoughtful Place” More like that would be great.
Do you have any experience upholstering? Would love to see a chair reupholstered!
Since we are planning on redoing our kitchen I would love to see combinations of kitchen back splash and counter tops! 😉 Also how to style an end table and work with small kids rooms and shared spaces.
I like anything that is reclaimed, refashioned into something completely different, or usage of everyday things we wouldn’t think to use as something else.
Also a big fan of any kind of interior design ideas under $100. It can be so hard to decorate on a budget, but I love being proven wrong! (I always go over. ALWAYS.)

Your blog is a must read for me. You have given me so much inspiration for my own home and made it seem totally doable too! I love all of your home projects and home decor ideas (love the videos too!) so of course would love to see those two things keep comin’!
I just found your page and LOVE it so far! I’m subscribed through feedly and really can’t say I would change a thing! Keep up the amazing pics, thoughts, and great inspiration!
Thank you so much, Becca!
Since we are close to finishing our basement I would love to see a basement segment. Also, some ideas for simple holiday decorating. I love your blog!
As a college student with champagne taste in my first apartment, I have found it really hard to find pieces that are stylish without breaking the bank. I am in desperate need of rugs that are reasonable as well as ideas on creating gallery walls that wont make me skip my rent payment! Thanks Jen!

My fiance and I are signing the papers on our first home, an oceanfront fixer-upper! I cannot wait!
Since this will be a long process to get the house in tip top shape, any budgeting tips, saving tricks, how to use a wishlist for a wedding registry, how to save money at places like Lowes and Home Depot, how to find the perfect contractor and starting out tips….oh and how to teach a boy who only sees black and white decorating wise to step outside the comfort zone 😉
Thank you so much for sharing your journey, I love DIY and can’t wait to make a home truly ours.
Thanks for the feedback, Carey!
