A MAXI DRESSED UP

Oh how I love a great maxi. They are just so. darn. comfortable. And forgiving. And typically inexpensive. What’s not to like? Oh yeah, if not worn right, they can make you look like you’re wearing your jammies out in public. However, I say embrace the maxi! I love to dress mine up with a great statement necklace, a blouse, and some modern wedges. This maxi is great because it has a wee bit of structure– a thicker waistband and some seams. It can go casual or go dressy.

My, it is HOT here! I’ll be looking for some ways to cool Rubes and I off while it reached 100+ here this weekend.
