I’ve been dying to share this project with you: a pretty pink girl’s room that suites the client perfectly. If you know this 8-year-old, you know she is strong yet sweet, marches to the beat of her own drum, has a big imagination and a big heart. Her mom wanted to finish her room just in time for her 8th birthday and I’m proud to say we got it done just in time!
The details were so carefully selected. This little girl has a big personality. She’s the perfect combination of sweet girly girl, strong and independent (she’s smack in the middle of two brothers), and she needed a space that felt like her. Her mom has exceptional taste and wanted a room that was sophisticated as well as magical. So how did we accomplish it? The Stagg Design Brume Wallpaper was the starting point.
This pattern was the first I envisioned for our latest Stagg Design collection, Aspen. When I was little I loved working with chalk and making misty cloud art on paper or sidewalks. I wanted this wallpaper to have the same effect. It comes in two color ways and I love them both oh so much!
The easy next step was the textile and pillow selections. Our collection pairs together so easily, putting a pretty bed together was a cinch.
For this space we used the Anna Floral in Dusty Pink, the Brushstroke Plaid in Blush (pictured on the chair along with our darling Noelle Tassel Pillow— it’s a new release!), the Chase Plaid in Moss in bolster size, and the Velvet Pillow in Limestone for a lumbar. We have started offering some great new sizes for really custom looks.
We posted a photo of this room on instagram and had a flood of questions about the other items in the space. So here you go!
We loved putting this space together and helping create a room that suited our sweet little client perfectly!
